By submitting a web form on the beetbarrel.ru website (\"Start cooperation\" button), the User confirms that he freely, of his own will and in his own interest gives the Operator consent to the processing and distribution of his personal data. The electronic action performed is equated to a simple electronic signature in accordance with Art. 6 of Federal Law-63 \"On Electronic Signature\".

• receiving and processing incoming requests / briefs;
• feedback through specified channels, preparation of commercial proposals;
• conducting business correspondence and contract preparation;
• web analytics and website interface improvement;
• sending informational and (with separate consent) promotional materials.

• identification data: surname, name (from the \"Name\" field of the form);
• contact data: email address, phone number;
• message content: task description text, attached files;
• technical data: IP address, cookie-ID, browser and device information.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 part 1 and Art. 9 of Federal Law-152 \"On Personal Data\", as well as this User's consent.

Collection, recording, systematization, storage in a database on the territory of the Russian Federation, use for feedback, transfer to authorized contractors (hosting provider, mail service, CRM) within the specified purposes, depersonalization, blocking, destruction.

Public placement of personal data is not carried out. Only employees and contractors of the Operator under a processing agreement, obliged to maintain confidentiality, gain access to the data.

Personal data is stored for 5 years after the last interaction or until consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise required by law.

The User has the right to withdraw consent by sending a notification to e-mail info@beetbarrel.ru. The Operator ceases processing (and destroys data if necessary) within 3 working days from the date of receiving the request, except in cases where further processing is mandatory by law.

The User has the rights provided for in Art. 14 of Federal Law-152, including the right to obtain information about processing, clarification, blocking or destruction of data.

The Operator implements organizational and technical security measures provided for in Art. 19 of Federal Law-152 and local acts, including antivirus protection, communication channel encryption, access rights differentiation.
